Ok. This Thread is not promoting the Abuse of Adderal. It is intended to warn people away from it. Now, let's get started.
I snorted Adderal so I could focus after a night of screwing around. At first, it was great I loved iit. I cleaned everything in a trance like state. Here's where it gets bad. About 3 hours later, I started to come down from it. I started having minor auditory hallucinations, although they completely went away after sleeping. I was hearing the sound of an iPod with the headphones out of your ears, and occasionally, the muffled speaking of my parents. They woke up later, and I was very moody. I suddenly felt like I hadn't slept for years. It may feel good in the beginning, but the consequences greatly outweigh the so-called 'benefits'.
So, seriously. Don't do it. In very high doses (>100 mG, it can lead to Heart Attack and Psychosis.

Adderal is a dangerous drug to get into. It's very similar to cocaine, and can also be very addictive. Snorting anything is dangerous in itself and over time can really damage your nasal passages. When you snort any kind of drug it coats the tissue and mucus membrane in your sinuses, and slowly eats away at it. As time goes on this can lead to a hole forming inside of your nose (septum or nostril), or in your sinus cavity. As the tissue in the septum weakens from continuous use it can also cause it to deviate, which can lead to airflow restriction in your nose.

It says that there's lots of bad side-effects for this drug on wikipedia. They actually sound a bit worrying. If it's dangerous, why would they still sell it as medicine?

Honestly, I don't think you're right. It's not true that snorting anything can "eat away" (cause necrosis) your nasal tissue.
People often confuse the effects of snorting cocaine with the effects of snorting anything. Cocaine is a vasoconstrictor, which means it reduces the blood flow in your nose (in case you snort it). It's also a corrosive acid: powder cocaine is the HCl (hydrochloric acid) form of base cocaine (crack cocaine), that's why you can't smoke it. But HCl is very water soluble, and that's why cocaine is snorted: if you snort a non-water soluble substance it won't get snorted by your sinuses because it won't "mix" with your mucus. That's why snorting is the prefered ROA for cocaine because of its high bioavaliability.
Having said that, the same applies to Adderall. Adderall contains the HCl salt of a few amphetamines (dextroamphetamine and levoamphetamine) which are vasoconstrictors too, and as with cocaine it's corrosive.
Snorting Adderall is a bit pointless, because the bioavailability of that ROA is lower than oral. It hits you faster, but it's not worth the runny nose and potential harm.
IMO if oral use is the intented ROA, then why snort it?

It's dangerous if consumed in large quantities, or in an inappropriate way (mixed with other stuff, for instance), like pretty much every other drug or medicine.

That's frightening. I'm afraid to use the saline stuff that the doctor gives you, let alone any drugs XD but thank you for the warning!

Just want to add something.
People snort drugs because it hits you faster, but they're mostly unaware that a faster "high" also means a shorter high. With stimulants like cocaine or amphetamines (Adderall), that means a worse comedown, which is basically the opposite of the desired effects (depression).
Also some people are a bit ignorant and snort things like Xanax (alprazolam). But alprazolam is not water soluble therefore snorting it is completely pointless.
Beware that any pill has an amount of gross binders. Those binders generally aren't water soluble and get stuck in your nose, thus causing nosebleeds or clogged sinuses. Some drugs like Adderall have two presentations: instant release (e.g. Adderall IR) and extended release (Adderall XR). The XR aims to get less extreme but longer effects, therefore it has no recreational value. The way they do it is to coat half of the active ingredients (in the case of Adderall, dextroamphetamine and levoamphetamine) in a polymer that is destroyed after a few hours in the stomach. That polymer can be really dangerous to snort.
So OP, did you snort Adderall XR? If so, did you make sure to crush it really well to avoid snorting those polymers? If you did snort the polymers I suggest "snorting" saline solution to cleanse your nose.
