Hey guys, I just got a new game yesterday and Im loving it. This game is called Starbound.

Now for those of you who dont know already, starbound is a game that is like terraria but has a backstory, and is much more vast.

Does anyone else play Starbound? What do you think, and im thinking of opening up a server for the game if enough people think it would be worth it.

Man, it really sounds like they paid you to advertise the game. Fishy...

But how's the game like? Never played Terraria.

Hahah, I wish they paid me to advertise it XD but steam screwed up and I got the game for half the price in RUD (My currency is stuck in RUB, where games are cheap.) so instead of buying one $20 game, I got $30 in games and a $4 soundtrack out of my 20 USD giftcard.

but about the game, basically you've just ecaped your home planet which was destroyed and you now wander the universe untill you tun out of fuel at a planet. you must survive in order to continue with your voyage. and it's fun! creatures are procedurally created as is each planet, I find it more enjoyable than terraria. Everything seems less confusing to me as to what I am supposed to do, especially since there are missions and no annoying tour guide in each and every game.

im currently on a planet where I have run into an alien civilization. looted their giant palace type place.

I'm in the Delta sector right now I believe. I'm about to do the jelly boss.

I honestly really like it. It needs a lot more content but for a Beta game, it's really good. I still vastly prefer Terraria, but I love the space ship and I enjoy being a Floran thing. Reminds me of my Sylvari. My only complaint is that there really isn't a reason to set up a permanent base. I just have all my stuff in my ship and I occasionally visit my first planet where my storage and farms are near an Apex village.
