Could you tell a little more about it? Have you always had this, or did it start recently? Has it ever been given any kind of diagnosis name?

Tick as in the pesky little bastard bug that drinks blood? Deer tick, dog tick, one of them?

Never heard of it. Sorry. Is it kinda like spasms?

It stared few years ago...maybe 5 or something like that. At first I always moved/turned my head in circles. Than I started to imagine something, maybe taht is not tick just imagination?
I can't describe it...I'm playing in my mind...imagination like football match or war...

Tics (ticks, with a "k," are the little bugs) can be a sign of a neurological issue. See a doctor about it, especially if it's getting in the way.

Well like Elysium said, it sounds like a neurological problem. I went to school with kids who have neurological problems, so that's how I knew what you were talking about right away. Some stuff like that can get worse over time. My advice is to talk to your parents about it so they can schedule you an appointment with a doctor.

If it wasn't for my background i woulda thought the same thing you did :)
yeah, spasms or twitches.

I hope not. I think you just mixed up the two words, seeing as how they're homophones. Having ticks would be a whole other can of worms to worry about, but they have nothing to do with twitching/spasming.

So nobody can help me?
I can't go to doctor, this is my imagination, doctors can't resolve that...
