So i have a lot of friends who are girls, and almost everyone in my social inner circle are girls. I have this crush on one of my best friend (a girl) but i don't think she notices me as a real guy. How could i make her think of me as not just as a guy-friend or perhaps a girl-friend (if she thinks im gay) how could I make myself more masculine so that girls in general would notice me as a guy and not as friend?

You need to isolate your time towards the girl more often. Assuming you usually hang out with your circle of friends. Spend more time with her alone,ask her out for a movie alone(it shouldn't be awkward since you two are best friends) and she'll definitely notice the difference once that goes on for awhile. From there it'll just flow with the beat,if she's interested with you and is picking up the signals that is.

To your other question about girls noticing you more as a "guy" other than a friend,it's usually all about the approach man. Approaching a girl with a casual flirty line and approaching a girl with a line like "hey,could you help me with my homework?" would have you placed in different branches. But in general,just appear and be confident,that'll usually do the trick for the most part :P.
