Idk why but lately I just don't want to leave my bedroom or see people. Like the only time I do is for school and when I get back home I just go to my room and just kinda listen to music, watch some tv, do homework, or play some xbox. I just don't feel like talking to anyone. I can't even remember the last time I hung out with my friends. I mean before I would at least text them but now I just ignore every text I get. Is this normal? Am I antisocial or something?

I am in a very similar situation, almost word for word, except I never get texts from the few 'friends' that I have. I almost never leave my room for anything because I just want to relax.
You probably aren't antisocial, so I would highly suggest seeing a psychologist if you really are concerned about your social change.
Please, if you have any other questions, message me and I will respond to the best of my ability. :D

I'm that way depending on how I feel. If I an sick with migraine or after effects I don't want to do anything but sleep. If I'm feeling good and healthy I'm wanting to go do something.
I don't have a big social life either. Sometimes I like it but most times I prefer to be left alone or just spend quality time with one person.
Long as your happy it doesn't matter :)

I don't have a big social life either. Besides my girlfriend and people I meet while shopping, I don't know a lot of persons. Maybe my parents.
I just like to be alone and not give explanations to someone else.

Well that'd be called "asocial/antisocial behavior", as in it's not social behavior, and antisocial people tend to do that sort of thing more.
Does not by any means mean that you're antisocial. You could be an introvert, you could just be more interested in what you're doing than socializing, which is actually pretty normal.
If you feel disturbed by the fact that you're not socializing with your friends, you might want to talk to your parents/a school counselor/etc. Maybe you just need to find friends who you can relate to more, or something. Maybe you just need to rekindle things with your old friends, who knows?
If you feel like being alone makes you happier, by all means, don't change a thing. Some people are just self-sustaining, and as long as it makes you happy, go for it. :)

Honestly it's probably just hormones, or a 'phase'. If it continues long term then talk to your mom/dad or someone at school, maybe your school counselor, (Or shrink if it's a large highschool,).
