Hacktivist, ladies and gentlemen.

I've always disliked the rap scene due to most of it being recycled beats and being clogged with shit lyricism. Hacktivist is the obvious exception.

To answer OP's question, Juicy - Biggie Smalls is my favorite as well.
And to respond to this, while I'm not to fond of the rap genre myself, it deserves more credit than what you give it. Granted, lyricism is a genuine shitstorm right now, which is why I dislike artists such as Drake, who have completely lost sight of what great lyricism is in this genre.
But beats are still keeping up. Kanye's and Eminem's beats are brilliant. It's just that that's the only good thing about rap now. There's no storytelling anymore, just "Fucking bitches and getting money." I miss people who give stories about their lives and gave detail to it. Now we just get shit, and it sucks. But there's still hope.

You got to know where to look for good rap lyricist, they don't play real hip/hop on the radio airwaves anymore. If your looking for good storytelling and lyricism, you defiantly wont find any in mainstream hip hop. Its THOUSANDS of good rappers out there, 1000x better than Lil Wayne, Kanye, and even Eminem. Do your research, look around on Youtube, don't be afraid to listen to some old 80s or 90s rap either.
