How does one quote several posts in this way, where it shows multiple levels of quotes: http://www.virtualteen.org/forums/showpost.php?p=2671261&postcount=5

You would select the "multi" (or "multi-quote") button for each post that you want to quote....except for the last one you wish to use. On the last one, just press the "quote" button, and it will stick them all together in one reply. You can then fill in what you want to say between the quotes...or delete the parts of the quotes you don't wish to use.

To the OP, there is no way to automatically quote various levels. You must multiquote all the quotes and insert one quote into another, example given:

Look at this guys! ROFL!
Kittens.
SO hilarious!


Which produces

Look at this guys! ROFL!
Kittens.
SO hilarious!
