How to tell Parents

Ok so here's how it goes. This girl and I stared talking earlier this month. Almost a month ago. She has told me she really likes me and even invited me over. I haven't had a girlfriend yet in 15. I just know that I really want to hang out with this girl. Anyways we have been texting and facetiming and I haven't told my parents anything about her yet. I'm obviously going to have to so I can ask then if it's cool if I go over and hang out with her for a few hours. She already told her parents all about me and they are cool with it. I guess since this is my first time I just really don't know what to say. How do I bring it up? What do I say when I do bring it up? Any help would be greatly appreciated as my mind is blank when it comes to the subject.

If your parents are chill, just bring it up. "Hey, me and my friend have been talking and we've gotten closer, she invited me over and I was wondering if that's alright with you." etc. You can ease into it in conversation but I don't know how. Good luck! :D

Since right now she's nothing more than a friend, why not ask if you can go spend a few hours at a friend's house?

I had the same issue when I wanted to hang with a girl that I really liked and she liked me. Best thing to do is be totally honest with you're parents and upfront about it. That's what a friend told me to do and it worked with my parents. If you're parents are chill like mine, they'll totally understand, and remember, they we're kids to and they dated and stuff. Just be honest with them and tell them about her and that you want to hang with her and see where it goes. You're parents will probably want to give you the sex talk and stuff which can be a little awkward, but just be chill about it. Tell them they can trust you and the other thing I did is ask them if they wanted to meet her first and if she could come over to my place so that they could meet her. If you can like convince them that nothing stupid is going to happen, then they should be cool about it. They have to let you date sometime!

is that an idea -
