Self Harm Infected Maybe Please Help!

I cut a week ago and went pretty deep, I used a razor off of a shaving razor. I cut on my hip a couple inches lower then my waist band. I think the cut might be infected. I have anemia and a disease that makes my immune system weak. After I cut I bleed for almost 3 hour while applying pressure before it finally stopped. I have washed it out multiple times with peroxide and antiseptic wash and I've put neosporin and other ointments kike that on regularly.

I need some help. so please respond and say if you think it's infected or not and how I should care for it.

There are three ways to tell:
1. Is there a smell?
2. Is there pus coming out?
3. Is it swollen (not directly near the cut)?

It looks like it could possibly be infected... with your conditions the chances are higher (as I am sure you know). Get it checked out as soon as possible. If the doctor or your parents ask just blame it on getting caught on something or falling... Please get it checked out... you really dont want the infection spreading.

Look for redness, excessive pain, drainage or discharge, smell or if it won't heal. Feaver chills and vomiting can signal a spreading infection or blood poisoning.

Get it checked out and blame it on something else, convincingly.

Of all the times I cut, it's only an accidental stab wound in my finger that got infected. I had no doubt at all that it was infected. It was all swollen and painful. Fortunately it subsided on its own. So if that cut starts to get worse, get it looked at.
