It does take a minute or so b4 it gets soft. It's possibly just a rush of blood flow just at that moment.

mines like 4" soft, 7.5" hard but after I masturbate it kinda looks big until it finally goes soft after about 5 minutes, sometimes longer if I'm still playing with it.

It probably takes some time for the blood to leave the penis entirely (like having a semi)

sometimes your penis is actually lager after you masturbate, even when its getting soft because of the increased blood flow to it -- yeah it happens to me all the time
