Okay, well first you should know that I've never been the girl that guys look at to date, so I have little to no experience in this area. But the other day I discovered that this guy, who I consider one of my best firends, apparently has a crush on me. I have no idea what to do because I don't really know how I feel about him and I don't want to mess up our relationship. It doesn't help that my best girlfriend has a crush on the guy herself and, while she said she doesn't care, I know that she'll be hurt if anything happens. A bunch of people are pressuring me to go out with the guy, but I'm just not sure that it will work, so I'm really hesitant about it.......plus I don't want to hurt anyone and I'm kind of scared because I've been hurt from a few past relationships as well. So I have no idea what to do and I'm having problems facing him at school since I've been so confused. What should I do? Any advice is welcome and will be considered!

First off...there will always be someone who will love to be with you no matter how awkward, weird, shy and whatever shits people say you are.
And I think you should first let him know how it feels as he is your bestfriend. That will get the "It will mess up our relationship" shit out of the way. Not talking to him will only make things worse.
If he smiles back at you then you know, you should give him a shot... get to know each other well which wouldn't be that much of a deal since you two are already close (as you think he's your best friend).
I've seen alot of bestfriends turned couples and most of them are really very happy with each othet. Some of them, like the 2% of those kind of relationship go bad because they're not being themselves or how they were before they started dating.
Hope you do what is best. Good luck!!

Thanks for the advice. Its definitely stuff I will consider. The situation just got really confusing for me and I was really flustered by it all. Thanks for the luck as well. It seems like I'll need it. :)

Just keep calm and everything will be okay. Just don't pressure yourself too much and don't think about it for every second of your day. It'll make you more fustrated (if i spelled it right). And don't mention it. Just be yourself and everything will be just fine.
