You can't be the silent mysterious guy if you want to impress hot girls, act confident, walk up to them and just start talking to them, try not to get that awkward silence, just play it like your in complete control and your not nervous at all. Girls like confident guys, hope I helped :D

Getting a girlfriend isn't the kinda 'step-by-step' kind of thing. You just have to be yourself. Normally you will just find 'the one' and you will just like then. Then, you just do little things like talk to them a bit more everyday, compliment them and just show them you like them, but you don't want to act fake, because that's the last thing anyone wants. You have to act the way you would act to your mates to her. Hence the be yourself thing. All the best. :3

Getting lasting girlfriends inside of school is just harder( but not impossible) in my opinion. Preferably you(or get someone else) want to plan something with a group of people, girls you like being included. Just talk to them and if you can be funny as well that's a bonus. As you will find it is a totally different atmosphere as such and it is easier to get to know them than school. Talk well, be yourself, be funny.
