Is it okay to have lots of pre-cum when erect? Is it okay for my pre-cum to shoot like my cum does? It usually lands on my face and neck meanwhile when I cum I only shoot on my stomach.

You sound fine, and pre-cum can get messy especially if you're a guy who produces a lot of it. I wouldn't worry about your pre-cum going all over the place because that is a lot easier to clean up than cum.

Different guys get really different amounts of precum, so I wouldn't worry about it. I've never heard of the precum shooting out. That could get really messy! Could it be that the stroking motion of masturbating helped propel the precum?
