I'm gay and there is a guy I'm in love with. He said he would have sex with me as afriend, but he has also kissed me before. He also said he would consider dating me. I don't know if he still means it. I love him too much to loose him. How should i approach asking him to be my boyfriend?

ask him if he has said that he'd have sex with you as a friend there is a high chance of him wanting to being more than friends also when you kissed did you start it or did he ?

Don't do it as a friend, that never ends well. Try to establish a proper relationship, not just one of sex. If he is a close friend make it something more or leave it as it is. The question is would you rather have sex and run the risk of losing your friend or stay as it is and remain friends. I know my choice would be the latter since everything isn't about sex. But that of corse is my opinion, just feel your gut. YOLO

you should find out where he stands on the relationship thing before you go jumping into bed with him. if he is as close to you as a best friend would be, then i would tell you not to even approach the subject because it will ruin your friendship -- even if he offers to do it as a friend. before you do anything i would suggest that you sit him down and have a really good talk.
