I have trouble keeping my erection, and sometimes I get semi hard but not hard enough to have sex. It's really crappy and hurts my relationships. Any tips or anyone having the same problem?

I would say it's most likely nerves. And if you're new to sex, then that's also another factor. Just relax and think lots of sexy thoughts in the moment; allow yourself to enjoy every touch and feeling during foreplay and sex. Just some suggestions from someone who went through the same thing as you.

It's most likely what everyone else is saying, and that's nerves. Practice makes perfect as they say, I suppose ;)

If the problem continues to happen then maybe seek medical advice, but it's most likely nerves man! :)
