I'd prefer to sleep nude but sometimes my little brother (5) will come get in bed with me if he's had a bad dream or wakes up in the middle of the night so I usually have a pair of panties on or at least a pair nearby. Boobs are no big deal around our house so I won't put a top on and it usually comforts him back to sleep anyway if he puts his arm around me and holds a boob til' he drops off. Once he gets a little older that practice will stop but he just such a baby now.
