You've definitely got someone trying to wind you up, which is a bit cruel if it's left you worrying and stressed. A doctor might sometimes need to examine your penis and / or balls but only if there is a very good reason that they would explain to you beforehand. Your erect size would not be something they would want to know, so dont worry.

No they dont at,all. They touch your balls and make you cough but thats it

Some of my friends told me when they had their physical examination or their puberty check up when the doctor took their penis and testis for examination all of them had an erection then were measured.
