So, it seems that whenever I get mad or sad or really feel anything bad, I just listen to my music very loud. I particularly love scream-o music and hardcore stuff cause in my mind, they are doing the screaming that I wish I could do. Their lyrics make me a lot happier when sad or anything. I don't think i'm depressed or "emo" or anything, but is this a healthy way to relieve this anger? Or should I be doing something else. I've never cut in my life, i know people do that when they are sad, but I never have been brought to, and hopefully never will be brought, to that point.
~Thanks in advance to any responses

There are a lot of people who listen to music to relieve stress or anger or whatever, i'm sure it's fine.

To be honest, this is very healthy. If you feel depressed or sad during the day, its good to have something that cheers you up and takes your mind off of the blunt fact that life can be straight up horrible sometimes. I feel happy that you have something to take your mind off of life, and too protect your mind from bad thoughts which I dont even wanna go to detail in.
Cheers! :)

We all have different ways of coping with our sadness, your way is scream-o-music. It's actually healthy, because you're repairing yourself, in your own way, and it seems to help.

That's an amazingly healthy way to relieve anger, because you're not harming yourself, people, animals, or objects! Maybe you could consider scream therapy too, if you ever feel really stressed?

This sounds absolutely normal and beyond healthy. I'd just be careful about the volume if you're listening frequently, or for long periods of time, but that's actually an excellent coping mechanism. Go you. :)
