Yes, it's possible you are bi but remember please is pretty normal for boys, specially during puberty, to feel Penis Attraction. Most of the boys (straight, bi and gay) want give hand jobs and blow jobs. Don´t worry it´s pretty normal and common. If you want, go for it.

I used to feel the same and its completely due to the fact that your going through puberty and want to make sure that you are at least average compared to other men (especially those around your age) so i have been through that phase

I have noticed arousal when I see a dick too (though I don't want to..... Utilize it? Lol). Personally, I think it's because the penis is a sex organ, so it activates that part of the brain.
