it denpends on the girl i dont think a realy out going girl realy cares and aslo if they already have big big boobs then they probibly dont care

For the most part, absolutely. Especially smaller cup sizes.

I have a friend who is so down on herself for being a bit small. It's actually really sad. :(

So many of us get told that we're unattractive if we're flat-chested though. I even got called a "flat-chested dyke" once- I was about a 34C. Someone thought because I didn't have DDs and because I'm tall, which makes my chest look a whole lot smaller, that it was ok to tell me that I was "ugly and flat".

I've gotten "sorry, you're just not big enough" a few times before. I'm not small! I've never been small. I had near a B cup at 9/10.

Thing is, you can tell breast size relatively by looking at a girl. You can't tell penis size by looking at someone's pants. If you're flat chested, everyone knows.
