ok this may be the weirdest ouesiton u have heard, but one of my friends said if u take ur sperm after u j/o and finger urself u can get HIV/AIDS is this true. that u can get aids from ur own sprem

You can only get AIDS from contact with AIDS. And if you already had AIDS (not that you do), you can't get it again because you already have it.

So no - that is not true.

No John, you cannot give yourself AIDS (or any STD for that matter). You can only get HIV/AIDS (or any STD) from an infected partner (or blood transfusion).
