you could either have a J/O session beforehand, or accept what happened is completely normal, and her comment was to try and put you at ease. The same would have happened to me - I sadly usually get a male doc :-( -, and I would have been honoured by a comment like that :-). She'll be used to it as a doc, so if it happens again, then accept it :-)
