Risotto

So Italy's gift to the world. Which are your favorite? How do you cook yours and so on.

My favorite is a simple chicken risotto. White onion, arborio rice, white wine, stock, chicken, parsley, butter, cheese

Serve and drizzle some olive oil on top.

The heavenly end.

the best i've ever had was mushroom and four cheeses, with some white truffle oil i believe

Mushroom and ham is the best risotto I've had, it was damn expensive, but totally worth it.

Mushroom risotto is good. I prefer a simple chicken risotto like you described in your post. Sounds so good, I could go for some now.
