There's really no average erect penis size for a 14 year old boy. In fact, everyone varies. Some may be really small, some might be really large. Don't worry about it.

There is no true "normal" for any age during puberty because everyone varies in growth. 12cm is fine for you age!

It can very well grow 4cm in 2 years but that doesn't mean it will! Here in America, 16cm is in the adult average range of 14cm to 16.5 cm.

Yes, that is average for a 14 year old. I'm 13 and I'm almost 5 inches. Everyone's different, so no need to worry!

EDIT: OMG! I'm so sorry! I read it wrong! I thought it said 10 cm, not 12! In that case, you are correct!

I dont know how to check that ebcuase when soft sometimes it is really small and sometimes it is 8-10 cm not erect

I am 14 and 5.5 hard and about 4.5 in girth. Soft it can be anywhere from a turtle head barely poking out to about 2.0 to 4.5 just hanging there.

I'm a grower and I wish I was longer soft. Before being around other guys in showers I usually go to "pee" in a stall but I'm really jackin it so it gets bigger.

I wish guys and girls both cared about penis size a lot less.

Mines 6" at 14 but there is no "average" or "normal" for this age and hey ask 99% of the girls on here and they will say that size doesn't matter your fine.

I'm 7" at 15, but like everyone else has said, there is no average or normal because everyone is at different stages at different times, so there is nothing to worry about
