Would just like to point out that circumcision is the mutilation of the male genitals. It is removing most of the sensitivity, and desensitises the head of the penis. The foreskin normally protects and keeps the head moist and sensitive. When it is cut off, the head becomes more solid and extremely less sensitive.

It is a barbaric act. In terms of your question - less care is needed not more.

yes i can absolutely feel a diff between cut and uncut dicks for vag sex. with an uncut guy you can feel the skin being pulled over the head when the guy pulls out and then you can feel it peel off when the head gets exposed as the guy thrusts in. with a cut guy you can feel the ridge of the head constantly grinding on the inside of your vag. now when it comes to giving handjobs and blowjobs to cut vs. uncut it gets even more complicated.
