Be yourself. Nothing is less impressing than meeting a guy who's perfect... but it turns out he faked it all. If the girl can't like you for who you are, she's not worth it. Try to accentuate some of your good qualities of course: if people tell you you're funny, crack a few jokes. If you do a really good impression of some celebrity, ask if she wants to see it. That kind of thing. If it's not you though, don't do it. She'll also be impressed (and more comfortable) if there aren't many awkward silences when she's around you, so think up some good conversation starters beforehand and keep em in mind just in case. When I'm with someone I don't know, and there's a lull in the conversation, I usually pick something up off of the table, like a napkin (make sure it's unused! haha) or their empty drink cup, and I hand it to them, smile, and say "Here, I made it for you." Usually gets a laugh.

Like I said though, be yourself! :)

i just be myself, and being somewhat of a strange person, thats easy to do. but i have heaps of female friends, although don't date any of them. but seriously, being yourself is a good approach.

everybody keeps saying "Just be yourself" and thats probally the best thing to do, but sometimes it can be really, really hard and ecspecially when you really, really like her! I'm a girl myself of course and what I like the most is when guys flatter me. Sounds weird, like i'm self-centered or something but its true. Not something sexy, more general, something about her hair or her outfit or something. After the compliment, i'll bet it'll be easier to "be yourself". Or you could include the compliment at the end, after you've said all you want to say. absolutley do NOT try to be all formal with her. Be casual! I hate it when a boy acts all weird around me. once there was this boy when I was only in 7th grade who came up to me, trying to impress me, and squeezed my breasts and tryed to act all sexy. I was disgusted! trust me, that is not the best approach. all you gotta do is flatter her and then bring up an interesting topic, so she'll think you're nice and be interested in you. And if she acts like she doesn't care then act like you don't care. thats really all you need to do. good luck!
