Regarding the voice- it just needs time, it won't last long as a phase.
Regarding halitosis -Mouthwash is the solution.

There's really no way to fix the voice cracks. You are just going through a stage right now, and it will go away in time. At 13 years old, it is pretty common to have voice cracks, so don't worry about it. Everyone else is the same way.

About the halitosis, I would suggest brushing your teeth at LEAST twice a day. Be sure to thoroughly brush your teeth, and don't forget to brush your tongue as well! Your tongue contains the bacteria that is the problem with bad breath. I would also suggest flossing your teeth every now and then, and use mouthwash daily.

Don't worry my friend, I too am fighting the battle of bad breath. I'm doing my best to stay minty fresh. Be sure to brush your teeth before you go to bed, and when you wake up or after meals.

Your voice will break time to time and for halitosis just brush your teeth more, use mouthwash, and chew mint gum.

the voice cracks will pass with time; the breath issues you need to brush more often, floss more, and rinse daily. Altoids help in between.

I agree with the others that voice breaking is totally normal, and nearly all of us were just like you. It might take a couple of months for the voice thing to settle down.

As for the bad breathe issue, the others are right that you have to brush at least twice per day. Make sure you are flossing daily, and you have to make sure you are using some sort of mouthwash. When you brush, make sure you are not doing it too quickly but rather you're spending time on each tooth, brushing the teeth in the back, and also cleaning your tongue. If doing all of that does not help your situation, then definitely go to a dentist because you might have an issue that would require a professional cleaning.

The voice cracking thing will go away. As for the halitosis, use miswak, I used to have godawful breath all the time but now even after eating a ton of stuff my breath smells pretty good or neutral.
