Sounds perfectly normal especially if you admit to being bi. I have totally straight friends that say they can become aroused by looking a pictures of nude girls even though the thought of having sex with a girl is definitely out of the question. As for the other issue from what I understand you don't know this person face to face? if this is true just be careful you don't send her anything your not comfortable with. I have had a few experiences like the one you describe when I was 12 and 13 and I too became aroused and as far as worrying who this person actually is I would just enjoy the feeling and arousal it gives you after all it's nothing more than fantasy at this stage and as long as you don't compromise your safety who gets hurts
