Scenario is guy and guy and my question: I want to be friends with you, or maybe more, as a complete stranger at the same school, we have 30sec. to talk and there's no guarantee when or if we will meet again, what would you want me to say or ask?
NOW, if you think I'm attractive, how would that change things? Would you show more interest?
It's the second week of second semester and I have a goal to make just a couple new genuine friends and maybe even a BF. We all say we want to make friends but sometimes some of us can be less open and welcoming than we think. You know, that guy you like or simply find interesting but he seems unaffected when you talk to him. Or that girl you want to get to know but she seems to assume you have shallow motives and makes you feel terribly awkward as you try to hint at sharing phone numbers.
What I really want to say is "Hey! I think your really attractive, but I realize that your more than just eye candy, I honestly want to get to know you first. Please don't freak out, assume I'm just desperate and shallow, or blow me off, even if you don't find me attractive. I'm human too, a nervous and confused one right now; who knows.... you might find that you do like me. I have a lot to offer and there's more of me on the inside than on the outside."
Ladies, what if it were you and I? What are your thoughts?
