I don't know what that is but you might want to go to a counselor or something. It sounds like he is going to push it as far as he can. Sucks. But you have to be the one to stop it.

talk to a trusted adult about your situation, because you shouldnt be made to feel uncomfortable with family.
since you didn't grow up together, you might not really be an "off-limits" girl, since its a biological thing to not be attracted to people you grew up with.
so to his brain (whether its in his head or elsewhere), you're just an attractive girl who he gets to spend a lot of time with.
since it seems to make you uncomfortable in your own home and family, thats a problem though, whether he likes it or not you two are family now and that isnt appropriate anymore.
