Well i cant exactly recommend a set or exercise but if you wanna get a six pack first you cant have fat covering the muscle so dont forget to run and do some aerobic exercises. try combining exercises that work the lateral abdominals (Cross-Body Crunch) with some that work the upper (sit ups for instance) and lower abs (laying down and raise your legs up til 90 degress and then lower them almost touching the floor and repeat). hope it gives you some ideias :) PS: dont forget to do some lumbar exercises too to compensate for the abs!

You can practice martial arts or some type of karate. :)

"Abs are made in the kitchen" as they say, its hard to have a good six pack unless your kinda lean. If you're not already though, its always good to work out abs so that when the time comes that you can see them, they're nice and big. Crunches are good, as well as planks and side planks. Do each thing (normal plank, side plank left, side plank right, bicycle kicks or crunches) for 30 seconds to a minute, or until failure. That's some solid stuff you can do from home.

an additional abs workout is extreme hard boxing sessions... it burns the fat away like nothing and workout your abs too;)

You can ignore everything said above except that you need to lose fat. But you also need to build up the abdominal and oblique muscles if there aren't any there, so V-ups, and side crunches and planks (optional) 3x10 V-ups, 3x5 side crunches. Add that to your workout, or if you have the equipment do cable crunches. Subtract 600-800 calories out of your daily amount.
