I don't think female's can ejaculate. The only way I can see that happening, is if ur vagina is so tight, you can hold ur juices inside till you orgasm, and the contractions may cause you to squirt.Anything that comes out of ur pee hole, is pee! It is a little bit stronger, not as much as you'd think, though. You also feel like you have to pee. But that's just me, might be different for your friend or other girls.

No kind of "training" is involved, really. What pretty much happens is your G-spot gets filled with fluid when you get turned on. Once you're really hot, then start toying around with your G-spot (I've just been doing normal masturbation up to that point). You'll know it's working when you feel like you have to pee. Keep going, and when you think you get to the point you can't hold it anymore, push out with your PC muscles. If it doesn't work the first time, keep trying and eventually it'll happen.
