You've given us no information here. Maybe you are just addicted to the thrill of doing something naughty?

A little more information would be helpful. What are they? Because if they were Vitamin C pills that wouldn't be as bad as tramadol or vicodin.
How often? What happens if you don't take any for a while (days/weeks)?
Need to know some facts.

We need more info. I was addicted to pills, but you won't get addicted to advil. Are they pain pills or something? Do you get high? I stopped because I simply couldn't access them anymore. I got very sick. It was terrible, but a few months later I was over it. Sometimes I still want more though.

if you are really honest and want to stop i would tell your parents... i know it sounds crazy but believe it or not they can help you through it. they will probably get upset and yell but in the long run if they do really care about you they will get you the help you need.

But not all of them? She revealed what it was later- for all you know they could've been benadryl or something.

She could be addicted, so honestly it's not that simple.

Advil = ibuprofen. It's a fever reducer and pain reliever. It's definitely not for depression, doing more than usual will make you very sick or it'll kill you, depending. You'd have to go to the hospital, but only if you've taken a significant amount.
If you're out of pills it'll sort itself out
Er, withdrawals usually will sort themselves out, yes, but some can be fatal. Also, withdrawals are EXTREMELY unpleasant and painful.
they r tramadol
From what I can see, that's a pain pill, long release. So fairly likely that you could be addicted. You might be going through withdrawals when you're off them.

I absolutely agree with this, if you feel that you can trust your parents. (Meaning that they are not abusive, emotionally unstable, or negligent, in which case telling them could make things worse. I'm not advocating hiding this from your parents- just advocating safe decisions, and sadly telling your parents isn't always the safest decision. In the end it's your choice.)

First tell us what sorts of pills you've been sneaking.
I can't speak for all of them, but I know that for the most part going off any drug cold-turkey is a recipe for disaster. Try tapering off them by going a week using half the amount, then a quarter, etc. That's what I did for klonopin (clonazepam); I went from 2mg/day to 1 for about 5 days, then 0.25 as needed, now I'm pretty much independent of the stuff. I've gone cold-turkey off substances before and it's given me some seriously terrifying withdrawal symptoms that I wouldn't wish upon my worst enemy. BE CAREFUL.
This isn't true for all drugs, keep in mind. An SSRI is going to behave differently than a benzo, we really do need more information.
Please please please be careful with pills. They're so easy to overdose on and without proper research beforehand you can seriously fuck up your system. Also, remember to never ever EVER mix pills. There are some horrific interactions that can occur if you do.
Edit: tramadol is basically a narcotic (technically an SNRI, messes with seratonin). You can't entirely cut yourself off from an SNRI after regular usage, you have to taper off. How much were you taking?

Tramadol is a weak opiate, like codeine. Opiates are hard (and sometimes impossible) to quit cold turkey, that's why ORT (opiate replacement therapy) exists. But since tramadol is a weaker opiate than methadone and buprenorphine, I guess it's easy enough to quit cold turkey.
How have you been taking them: orally, sublingually, snorting them?
What formulation did you use: instant release or extended release?
