Well really, you just have to let things go and just be yourself. No one likes someone who just acts to them and acts differently to others. If you do that, it'll probably feel like that person is not good enough to see you and has to look at someone else if that makes sense. The thing with her liking you or not, again, there's nothing you can say, just judgement. People act differently in situations. For example, if somebody held someones hand, it can be an act of friendliness to one whereas it could be an act of interest to another. Just read her little signs and things, if she hints about wanting a relationship and whatnot. If you guys do start dating though, takes things at your own pace. Start off slow like just going out to a park or the beach and little things like that.

She might or might not like you, it's something we cannot guess from here, but trust me, you'll feel it when she does.
About what to do, do NOT be over her the whole time. It's annoying, and will only make stuff worse. You can try and make the encounters with her as nice as possible every time, being gentle and funny you know, so that if she isn't sure at all if she likes you or not, she goes from maybe to a definite yes.

One last advice: this takes time. And remember don't annoy her much

I agree with this. By her saying that she likes to get to know people first before getting into relationships leaves the door open for you that she isn't against the idea in the future. The best relationships come after a solid friendship first and that's what you should be looking at right now.
