My balls are always hotter than other parts of body...
I know that spermies die if there is hot. They should be cooler than other parts.
Should I wear boxer underwear? or something u suggest to get balls cooler?

Mine do feel warm to touch. Your core body temperature should be 37C (98.6F for the Americans!), with balls at 35C (95F). It's probably the illusion as the skin cools to room temperature as opposed to your balls being too hot.

yeah, because room temperature is like 20-20 celsius and bodytemperature is 36.8 - 37.. so it heels warmer that other parts of body, just"feels"....

I don't think it's anything to worry about. The testicles should feel warm to the touch.

I think it's normal, your body should adapt to cool your balls off, and it's probably just an illusion.
