Need help/advice!!

Okay so im a selfharmer and im suffering with depression, anxiety and suicidal thoughts and all that crap and i just found out my sister who is only 11!! has been self harming, well cutting herself.
How can i talk to her and try to help her, im so shit at these things. really need some advice or even some things i could just say to her to support her??:confused::confused:

I think you should be worried about yourself too ;)
As for her, I think you need to talk to her about it, like find out the reasons behind it, and make her feel that you're always there for her, if she ever needs someone to talk to for help or advice, or only for the sake of "letting it out"
And I don't think you want her to know that her older sister also self harms, but I guess that's up to you.
Self harming at such an age either comes from some really serious problems, or it could also be just for attention (sorry, I'm not trying to offend anyone)
