HI,
I have 14 years. I want to build up my muscles just with training at home (no gym) so just crunches, etc...
What do you think will that slow my puberty growing?

Thanks in advance

No, not at all. And the huge release of testosterone during puberty burns fat and builds muscle unrivalledly, and the muacle you get now, you will never lose.

It's good to hear you want to get exercise and get muscles. I don't think anything will affect your puberty.

You keep muscle in puberty and you could do sit up every night and morning 100 that's what I do

It won't affect your puberty at all!
Puberty is actually the best time to do training, because with all the extra hormones, you will see much better results from your training, and often faster aswell!
I started training when I was about 11, and by the time I was 15, I had given up competing in my age group (because I go bored) and was easily competing in the mens and elite groups!
As for a plan of workouts, its hard to judge what is best for you right now. There are alot of things that effect the type of workout that you should be doing, and most importantly, you dont want to be doing workouts that you shouldnt be, because you will hurt yourself.
There are plenty of good programs on the internet, just make sure you take things slow!

It wont effect puberty at all, provided you arent taking things like protein supplements and steroids and stuff like that, which can stunt your growth

Training is good. Of course. But you shouldn't do heavy weights till you're older or it can screw up your joints and things cos they're not strong enough for heavy loading yet. But anything is good really.
