Hey, i just wondered what everyone thinks about "natural hair" on afroamerican/afroeuropean girls, do you think that it looks good, or do you think it looks like we don't take care of our hair?
And for all you girls with an afro or kind of an afro, do you feel comfortable going natural, or does it feel like your just making a statement (+ do you get annoyed when lots of people stare)?

Well, with me being an African American i have that afro-y hair type. I think it looks good on most people. As long as it's neat and clean

I don't like afros, not because they make you look lazy. It feels as though everyone who has an afro is like someone who wears an eye patch for no reason. It doesn't mix well with modern fashion and is more of a conversation starter then a good looking hairstyle, in my opinion of course.

I'm Afro American myself and when I'm growing my hair I sometimes were an afro like hairstyle, too.
I really like seeing it on girls as I think it's really cute when it's neat and not too messy...most girls where I live do spend so much money on their hair with relaxing it and coloring it, this can be nice, too of course, don't get me wrong, but I kinda like this more natural look better.

In my opinion, a person ALWAYS looks best with their hair in their natural state, no matter how "different" or "strange" it is, as long as it's natural you'll notice and it just fits you probably

I think it usually looks really cool! If someone's dirty and unkempt nothing looks good on them... But if someone takes care of their hair, the actual hairstyle doesn't matter all that much for me. herinterest.com/top-100-hairstyles-2014-for-black-women/ :)
