What might help is if you try sitting next to her and like put your arm around her. If she lets you do that and you two get really close, kiss her on the cheek or her forehead. If she's in to you and she's ready, she'll turn and she'll give you a type of signal like moving closer to you or making eye contact or looking at your lips. If she does anything like that, just move in and kiss her. If she gets uncomfortable or doesn't give you any type of sign, she may not be ready, so don't force it and just stay comfortable with her and wait for her to be ready for it.
