Okay so yesterday i stood for 3 and a half hours i did take brakes. I was gone for 5 hours. But this morning at 2 am my right pulled a muscle near my knee and them at 5:30 am my left leg muscle pulled in the same area.
My right leg has been pulled in the same spot last year.

Did it feel like cramps? I get that feeling too, it's just hormones tearing and elongating your body so fast that it cant keep up. I think they're called growth pains. I grew so much in my legs and stomach length in the last year, I have stretch marks on my knees.

No it was way worse i pulled a muscle before but it hurts way worse in my legs

Wow, that really must hurt. Because of Hurricane Hormone running rampant through my system, consuming all wakefullness - all honor, I am growing at about 0.00000000000004 times the speed of light here, and I get cramps like those a lot now. It may be something to do with the Hurricane affecting your already-hormone-crazed nervous system even more.

It does but i dislocated my knee before i am wondering if that's why i pulled it

im not really sure what that means - but id say to do daily leg stretches.
If you look up leg stretches on You Tube, you will see good techniques

The best way to combat pulled muscles and cramps
is to do daily leg stretching. That helps current problems
and helps prevent future ones.
