Boyfriend Hanging Out More Friendly?

Sometimes, when I hang out with my boyfriend, it seems like he is more interested in just being more friendly than being relationshippy. I want to be more romantic, especially when we talk on the phone and hang out alone, but he seems so interested in just chatting friendly and all. Sometimes I feel like he either isn't interested in hanging out as a couple, or he just isn't into any cute couple things. Is there anything I can do to be closer with him and spice up our relationship? Any advice from anyone would be appreciated.

Why don't you take the initiative? Get close to him when you're hanging out, mess with his hair, kiss him sometimes in the cheek, you know, that kind of cute couple stuff you want to do with him. And maybe he'll get the message. Perhaps he doesn't do those things because he may think you don't like it, so you need to prove him the contrary.
