I am now studying in Calgary Alberta Ca. Next semester I am going to have P.E class. I want to ask does you take shower after P.E class or you just change and go.

It really depends on your school because some of them you just change and go while in others taking a shower is required. What I would do is contact your gym teacher to figure out for sure how things work at your school.

Your profile lists your age as 18. Have you taken a gym class before at school, or are you just new to your high school?

It depends. If i'm in a hurry, I just change and go. If you've got time, then take a shower. I would ask about it, and see if you're forced to take them or not.

In the UK, we don't really shower after P.E. However I would check with your school first and, really, it's your choice if you want to take a shower or not

I always shower after gym class and so does my entire gym class. Not a big deal for any of us. Would rather not smell like sweat the entire day.

There are showers in the locker rooms at my at my school, but they are pretty much un-used except for after school sports. In gym, we all just change and use deodorant.

in my school we don't usually take showers cause we usually don't have time to. The only time i did was freshmen year when I took people and we went through the swim unit. In that case we had more time to get ready after people so we used the showers. Though we never really showered we just rinsed off with our swim wear still on and changed under our towels for underwear.

At my school it depends...if we are in a hurry we don't shower but usually we all try to get a shower. It would be rather smelly in a room full of sweaty people I guess,so yeah...

Its required by my school that you take a shower after PE and sports, but not everyone follows the rules. you have to do what makes you comfortable as long as you arent breaking any school rules.

For gym class, no one ever did. If you played on a sports team, then yeah, you showered.

I never showered after gym ONLY because every gym class I ever took fell at the end of the school day. So I was going straight home.

They had showers in my school but we never were made to use them. I think I did once or twice but that was just to clear the mud off my legs after slipping horribly in cross country :D I'm glad I don't have to face that anymore. They didn't even make me do PE after half way through year 10 once they found out about my disability...I used to take sick notes in giving them stupid excuses like I gave myself a tiny rash while shaving my foot, I had a bad back after falling over, bad stomach was the most common... I think before they were a bit disappointed that I never did anything (I mostly just sat on my ass watching everyone else while on my phone... I hid away in stupid places a lot so it was possible) but after... the teachers didn't care, and at the end of year 11 actually said I was the only person they would actually miss after we left school XD :yes::what:

Depending on what period I had gym, how active I was and how hot it was i would. I always had sports at the end of the day after school and always showered afterwards

I was on the swim team in High School and am now in one now that I am in college. I usually shower after swimming and working out. However, the college swim team doesn't require it's members to shower, I just do it so I don't smell like chlorine and it always makes me feel better to take a nice warm shower.

At my school it is required to shower. Just dont make a big deal about it and get in and out as quickly as you can.
