My question is about sleleping... well actualy more to do with lack of sleeping. The past few weeks or so I've been working weird hours at work and college so my sleeping pattern is all out of sync. Anyone got any tips on getting to sleep easier/getting my pattern back on track?

Try taking some Melatonin. It helps to get your sleep patterns back to normal.

I usually take sleeping pills that help me get sleepy. They're over the counter and also non addictive. Select me generic brand I've been using for awhile. My insomnia usually over powers them though. Also laying still for about 15 minutes helps, and reading before bed.
