You want to make sure you change your eating habits along with exercising, because if you eat bad food you won't see a lot of progress with your work outs
If you just want to lose weight but don't really care if you get buff or not, running is awesome

When I did a little workong out to enhance karate skills some time ago, I kept exercising when I was tired, because you build a lot and burn a lot when you push yourself a bit beyond your comfort zone, but please, don't overexert yourself, you won't burn any fat that way. Try banging your head repeatedly on a wall for a while, I did that and only went mildly insane for two months, then my better mind came back. Also, it burns a whole 2-3 calories per hour!

start off slow - walking more, biking, and then when you get a rhythm think about weights. Swimming would also be great - probably the best overall body workout

Walking is actually a really great way to lose weight... Try filling up an MP3 and walking untill it's empty. It worked for my dad

Work out and keep with it. I usually start and stop and that's why I have trouble haha

You really have to push yourself beyond the point of being tired. For me, it'll go away after a little while

Actually running is very bad for your body and walking is much better because running is bad of your joints and bones and stuff. But you have to push yourself beyond your limits and when you get tired you have to keep going. Hard work pays off

have you thought of running on beaches or cross country through the woods, the ground is far softer and better on the joints and body for running.
Of course running bad for you if you run on the road, hard packed ground, cement etc etc! It just takes common sence to figure out where you can run with no damage being done to the joints

And explain to me where 99% of people run on the tarmac and asphalt, also how many people run on beaches let me see not very many

because not many people live by beaches!
I have my choice of a track or a highway but I choose the run through the woods the ground is softer plus it's covered with a dense layer of leaves and such giving it extra cushion,so I have no worries aboiut joint problems because i'm running on what the human body evolved to run on

Im sure when you are putting 200-300 pounds of force onto some leaves that the "leaf cushion" is not going to do much

have you tried it? And i'm talking in a forest not on a well hiked trail or woods on someones land that has been cleared of underbrush and such so that the ground is bear of leaves on it

Just running and doing push ups and sit ups is a great way to stay in shape. Also playing sports is a fun way to stay fit too

I know it can be tough to lose weight and get muscle but just dont overthink it. Try to have healthy eating habits like avoiding fat specialy saturated fat (fast food in general), eat plenty of protein (it helps you build your muscle and thus increase your metabolism so that you can burn more calories when doing nothing) and if you're physically active eat plenty of carbon hydrates such as bread, rice and pasta. As for exercises, try starting with something easy, walks in the park, ride your bike and then try something more complete like running or swimming. Try to combine these with some gym exercises (abs, push ups) and youll be just fine ;) and dont be sad if results dont show up as quickly as you'd want. this things take time ;)

Oh and dont forget that just gym isnt going to do the trick if you dont do some aerobic exercise or eat correctly!

Walk is a simplest way to get into shape. Its a best exercise for fitness. Everyone should try to do walk daily for an hour. I also do walk daily and i eat less quantity food because eating too much causes weight gain and fat. For more information visit this site.
