I would say the bigger your testicles are, the more semen you can hold, which means it can be more possible to ejaculate more than those who don't have big testicles. You can still ejaculate a good amount, depending on how powerful your orgasms are.

No, they don't. Sperm is produced in the testicles, and semen in the prostate. The amount of sperm produced doesn't affect the amount of semen produced. Whilst there can be a weak general correlation between the two, it's not directly proportional. Some guys with small testicles will ejaculate more than guys with big ones, and vice versa.

There are a number of factors that decide how much you cum.

No, the size of the testicles is not proportional to the amount of semen produced. Some guys can have average-sized testicles and produce a lot of semen and some guys can have testicles above average and produce less semen than a guy with average-sized testicles.:yes:
