It's a common subject in the workforce to test for drug use. We see it in pop culture a bunch. The major drug that usually gets people in trouble is Marijuana.

Now since it's legal for American citizens to use Marijuana recreationally in Colorado and Washington, would you still get in trouble with your employers even if you fit the requirements to use the drug legally?

I guess companies could have special policies, but why would a company have beef with it unless it's illegal...

I could only assume that you would'nt get in trouble so long as you were using it legally and with prescription, because I'm sure the company would get in trouble for firing someone based on their medical treatment

They would probably only care if you were high on the job.. But I would guess it would be treated a lot like alcohol?
