I think for boys "an orgasm is an orgasm" is true (according to my bf, who says boys more or less only have one type), but for girls there are different types of orgasms that can be really different.

if you are talking about dp, there could be vaginal, clitoral, or for some girls anal orgasms, it just depends on the pleasure that particular girl responds to
