Sleeping naked isn't dirty. Sleeping naked is perfectly normal, and doesn't make it "dirty" to sleep naked in your own bed. It is your own bed, so you should have your own choice. As long as you're clean and don't get it dirty from spills, semen, etc, then you should be fine.

Sleeping naked is most certainly not dirty. :) However, i would say that depends on your hygiene. If you take a shower every day i would say you're fine. Changing your sheets every week is not a bad habit, it's always nice to be clean. However, maybe 2 weeks at a time would be a little more practical however it's mostly a personal preference for anyone! If you like sleeping naked, then continue, it's perfectly natural and personally i find it relaxing.

if your dirty when you go to sleep naked then naturally your sheets would get dirtyer sooner but if your clean then your sheets stay clean longer. simplez. personally i like to take a shower right before i go to bed. that way the sheets stay clean and when i get out it makes me cold and then i can snuggle up in the warm blankets. best way to go to bed lol
