I've recently started taking Adderall to counteract the sluggishness caused by other medications. Never been on Zoloft though.

Are you sure that the anxiety isn't gone because of the Zoloft? A few weeks sounds like the right time for a drug to adjust to your system and reach it's potential. Just a thought. I guess your doctor knows right, but that worries me thinking of you just stopping Zoloft cold turkey. A lot of drugs require that you wean yourself off, taking gradually smaller doses, so your brain doesn't freak out because the chemicals are suddenly gone. Check with her first before you do that, unless you know for sure that it's ok to suddenly stop taking it. Withdrawals are a bitch.

Adderall is a stimulant, often prescribed to kids with ADD or ADHD, it helps them focus. I'm on it because other medications are robbing me of my energy and concentration as a side-effect, so it can be used for that sort of thing as well. Zoloft is an anti-depressant, and I believe it helps with anxiety as well.
