okay, well, theres this girl (isnt that always the case lol :lol: ) well the only reason that she refrains from liking me is because i lack confidence. I wish i had that confidence, can anyone give me any advice on this? Its not like im trying to be someone that im not, quite the opposite, i want to be who i am, all of the time, and because i like her...

just try and be casual around her don't see her as a girlfriend just a regular friend don't worry about saying anything stupid to her if it comes out just go with it

What Thomas was saying is that, if you don't think of her as a potential girlfriend, and just as a friend, you won't be as nervous around her. There's no way to suddenly gain confidence. But if it helps, write down a list of all the things you like about yourself. Whether its how you look, your grades, some talent you have, whatever. Tell yourself you're a great person, and you have no reason to be un-self-confident. Then march out there and talk to that girl again! :)

well i think i ruined it :/ we're still friends, but nothings going to happen, and its kind of awkward, but im not going to stop being her friend. Thanks for trying to give me advice everyone.
